Dr. Diaz Coronavirus Safety Measures

We’ve made infection control our top priority ever since we opened our doors in 2003. As the world faces a new challenge with the coronavirus pandemic, our efforts to keep you protected have only increased.
During the pandemic, our San Jose dentistry office is taking these precautions to ensure you never have to worry about your safety:

Staff

We’re proud to say our staff members are fully vaccinated. We’ve given them additional training to better handle safety precautions and supplied them with masks, face shields, protective coveralls and gloves.

Patients

We can only beat the virus together, which is why we temperature check every patient and ask pre-screening questions prior to check-in. We also request that visitors let us know if they’ve traveled internationally or fallen ill.

Following CDC guidelines, our team is also limiting the number of people inside our office. To minimize risk, we ask that patients wait in their car and call us to check in — we’ll let you know when we’re ready for you to enter.

Office

We want all who enter our office to feel safe. After each treatment, we sanitize extensively and ensure our UV-C light air filters are in working order. Floor markings also help visitors follow six-foot social distancing guidelines.

Dr. Diaz cares deeply about the health of both staff and patients, which is why we’re always closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the California Dental Association (CDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA) for additional recommendations. Keeping you safe is a job that never ends!
